A BUSY road in Poole will be closed for resurfacing work today.
The A350 Parkstone Road will be shut in both directions from Mount Pleasant roundabout to the Civic Centre gyratory from 7.30am until 7pm.
The road will then be closed eastbound only between the two roundabouts from 7pm on Monday, April 8, until 7.30pm on Monday, April 15.
A diversion will be signposted.
Poole council will be carrying out the work to resurface the carriageway.
A number of other roads in Poole are set to be re-surfaced this year as part of the council's maintenance programme.
Major refurbishment work will be carried out on Dunyeats Road and Jersey Road, Richmond Road and Wimborne Road will also be resurfaced. Dates for the work have not yet been confirmed.
