THE Spanish circus company D'Click will be performing in Purbeck later this month.
Their performance, of Isla, is the penultimate show of the spring season of Artsreach, the Dorset rural touring arts charity.
Based in the north east of Spain, D'Click have performed Isla at festivals across the world and the show has received numerous awards.
An Artsreach spokesman said: "Packed full of imagination, poetry, gestures and a good dose of humour, Isla is based on the dreams and hallucinations of three shipwrecked characters that find themselves alone and dependent on each other for survival.
"Using their outstanding physical skills the characters create unbelievable situations, choosing the most bizarre strategies to overcome the limits of their island.
"Based on movement, acrobatics, the Chinese pole and other circus skills, Spanish company D’Click explores the subtle barrier that exists between physical theatre and dance, between circus and risk, and between magic and dreams."
The show is scheduled for a 7.30pm start at West Lulworth Village Hall on March 30.
