DANIEL JAMES FRANKLIN, aged 36 and of St John's Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Peugeot 207 in Richmond Hill, Bournemouth on December 7 2018 with 164 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £50 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on February 5. No separate penalty.
