IT'S GOT five bedrooms, six bathrooms and three receptions rooms with views of golden sands and Poole Bay.

But that hasn't stopped this sumptuous Sandbanks mansion from being branded as one of the UK's 'most unloved properties'.

According to online estate agents' Housesimple, the £6 million residence has been on the market for nearly five years.

It was reduced in price by half a million pounds in December 2018 but that still doesn't appear to have tempted a buyer to snap it up from agents Tailor Made, on whose website it is still for sale.

Since the house was first listed on the Zoopla site on March 14 2014, Britain has changed Prime Ministers, voted to leave Europe and Donald Trump's become president.

In addition to its stunning rooms arranged over four floors, and its incomparable views, the house has an indoor heated swimming pool, a garage and electric gates. Images of the interior show mirrored furniture and velvet upholstery, and it also has a sauna.

Sam Mitchell, CEO of online estate agents HouseSimple.com, said: “There are a number of reasons why a home might not sell quickly."

One of those reasons might be the stamp duty, which would be in the region of £633,000. The cost of an average house in Poole is just over £300,000.

The house immediately next door is also currently on sale priced at almost £6m.
