A CAR crashed into a telegraph pole on the A31 near Sturminster Marshall early this morning.
The crash involving a blue Peugeot 206 was reported to police at 5.22am.
Road closures were put in place at Stag Gate and the Roundhouse Roundabout.
Dorset Police said the vehicle had been recovered and the local authority has been requested to deal with the telegraph pole.
The road is being reopened.
There are no mention of any injuries at this time.
