Car fire on A338 in Bournemouth tackled by three crews
THREE fire crews tackled a car fire on the A338 in Bournemouth just after 9.30pm last night.
Crews from Ringwood, Springbourne and Ferndown were mobilised following a number of calls to the fire service.
They used three sets of breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, one dry powder extinguisher and one CO2 extinguisher to put out the fire on the carriageway near the Cooper Dean roundabout.
