WIMBORNE Rotary has teamed-up with the Dorset Branch of the Prostate Cancer Support Organisation (PCaSO) to offer free PSA testing for prostate cancer.
The tests are scheduled for the Allendale Centre, Wimborne, 9am-12.40pm, February 23.
A spokesman explained: "With no national screening process in place the testing sessions organised by PCaSO enable men aged 45 to 80 to take advantage of a free test.
"With almost 6,000 men from Dorset having already been tested any man eligible should make an appointment now."
The test is a simple blood test carried out by qualified phlebotomists and analysed by Dorset County Hospital.
Results are sent out to individuals by PCaSO.
Call Allan on 01202 691710 or Jim on 01202 580436 to book an appointment.
