WE have now printed the names of every drink- or drug-driver to appear at Poole Magistrates' Court in December.

This final list is of those who failed to provide a specimen of blood or breath to police when they were suspected of committing a driving offence.

This, too, is a criminal offence, and those convicted face a driving ban.

Magistrates look particularly harshly on defendants who deliberately refuse or fail to provide a sample. A suspected high level of impairment is also treated as an aggravating feature.
