A TEENAGE boy was repeatedly punched in the face in an altercation near a Blandford pub.
Police have appealed for witnesses after the 17-year-old victim suffered a broken nose and swollen eye.
The incident took place between the boy and a man reportedly known to him near the Crown and Anchor on West Street at 9.40pm on Saturday January 12.
The offender pushed the victim before repeatedly punching him in the face.
Police Constable Ally James, of Blandford police, said: “I am appealing to anyone who either witnessed the incident or has any relevant information to please contact Dorset Police.”
