DO you know when it was “the best of times and the worst of times”, when the clocks struck thirteen or who lives under the stairs at 4 Privet Drive?

If so, why not come along to a fun Literary Quiz at Bridport Arts Centre on Friday, February 1 at 7pm?

Bridport Prize programme manager, Kate Wilson is devising the quiz as a fundraiser for the Prize and Bridport Arts Centre.

She said; “It certainly won’t be a highbrow affair. The emphasis is firmly on having a good time. We want people to come along with family or friends for an enjoyable night out which happens to be all about books."

Prizes will be awarded to the winners. Teams of up to six people are welcome and tickets for the event are £8 each which includes a curry supper. The arts centre asks that teams register in advance so they know how many to cater for.

Tickets can be bought via the box office which is open 10am to 3pm Tuesday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays on 01308 424 204. Team reservations can also be made by emailing Emma Fulsham at boxoffice@bridport-arts.com
