JENNIFER RUTH MACDONALD, aged 50 and of Delhi Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Volkswagen in Kinsbourne Road, Bournemouth on September 9 2018 with 67 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £400, to pay a £40 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

PHILLIP MICHAEL MAZEY, aged 38 and of Norwich Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to report as directed for unpaid work on three occasions. Community order made for drink-driving, driving while disqualified and driving without appropriate insurance revoked and remade. The defendant must comply with an electronically-monitored curfew for four weeks.
