DORSET animal rescue centre Margaret Green is hoping to find forever homes for rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats this week.

Tiggy is a 10-year-old cat who would like a quiet home with no other pets and no small children.

Donny is a three-year-old rabbit looking to live with a neutered, fully vaccinated female rabbit around the same age and size as him.

Edwina the chicken is looking for a home with her four friends. They are believed to be hybrids and are not laying very well and staff are not sure if this will improve in the spring. They are looking for fox-proof accommodation with an outside area.

Six-year-old Lurcher Wesley has a sweet and loving personality and loves to run around with other dogs. He can live with another dog and older children bit would prefer a home without cats.

Four-year-old Greyhound Rojo enjoys running around and lazing on a duvet in equal measure. He would be able to live with larger sized like-minded dogs and teenagers but not cats.

Destiny, or Dessie, is a three-year-old female Greyhound. She would prefer to be the only pet in the home, however, she would be happy living around older children.

To rehome any of the small furries call 01929 480474 and for the dogs call 01929 471340.
