AS I am aware driving with only one headlight working is an offence.
As a driver of 50 plus years, I find it ludicrous that as winter is here the amount of drivers driving with only one headlight is increasing and nothing seems to be done about it.
We went into Winton only 500 metres and counted six cars with one headlight working.
Surely this should be a priority, but only until there is an accident it doesn't seem to matter.
