DEVELOPERS have lodged official plans to demolish an existing building at Poole’s Canford Cliffs, replacing it with a block of a dozen flats.
This application, submitted by Ken Parke Planning Consultants, is for 36 Tower Road.
It has been lodged with the Borough of Poole’s planning department and includes creation of associated access, parking and landscaping.
