JASMINE BUDDEN TURNER, aged 21 and of Salterns Road, Poole, admits driving a car in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on November 28 with 81 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £200, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

SHANE HARRISON, aged 43 and of Hamilton Road, Hamworthy, made the subject of an application for the condemnation of 6,600 cigarettes and four kilograms of hand-rolling tobacco after a hearing. The cigarettes and tobacco are condemned as forfeited and will be disposed of. Harrison to say £500 costs to the Director of Border Revenue.

THOMAS DAVID BROWN, aged 21 and of Alder Road, Poole, admits being drunk and disorderly in Morrison Avenue, Poole on November 17. Fined £50, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on December 7. Fined £50.

THOMAS MICHAEL COOPER, aged 25 and of Melbury Avenue, Poole, admits entering as a trespasser the White Horse Garage in Osmington Hill, Weymouth on July 1 and stealing £240 cash. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. To comply with an alcohol treatment requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for five days. To pay £346.53 compensation, to pay £85 costs. Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months for assault. No adjudication - dealt with for original offence. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months.

WIMBORNE

GARY NEWBY, aged 36 and of Burgess Field, Woodlands, admits being concerned in the production of seven plants of cannabis in Burgess Field on October 4. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 20 days. Drugs and all drug equipment seized to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits breaching a non-molestation order on November 3. Fined £50, to pay an £85 surcharge.

NEW FOREST

ANDREW FELTHAM, aged 35 and of Danecrest Road, Hordle, Hants, admits driving a Peugeot without due care and attention in Britannia Way, Christchurch on June 28. Fined £310, to pay a £31 surcharge, to pay £150 costs. Driving record endorsed with five points. Also admits using a vehicle when the front offside wheel was fitted with a tyre which had the ply or cord exposed. Fined £230.

FERNDOWN

JOSHUA PETER BARTLETT, aged 18 and of Ringwood Road, Ferndown, admits taking a Morebus in Upton Road, Poole on July 15 2017 without the consent of the owner. Discharged conditionally for three months. To pay a £20 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.
