JOHN ROSS WHITING, aged 27 and of Balls Lane, Sturminster Marshall, admits committing fraud by dishonestly making a false representation, namely selling fraudulent Segway vouchers, on dates between December 24 2016 and October 6 2017.

Fined £50, to pay £80 compensation, to pay a £30 surcharge.

BLANDFORD

JUSTIN DE FREITAS, aged 44 and of West Street, Blandford, convicted of dishonestly failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to income support, namely that he lived outside of the UK in excess of permitted limits, on dates between October 2 2013 and December 9 2014. Community order made.

The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 25 days and carry out 300 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

To pay an £85 surcharge, to pay £300 costs.

Also convicted of dishonestly failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to disability living allowance, namely that he lived outside of the UK in excess of permitted limits, on dates between October 2 2013 and October 25 2016.

Also convicted of dishonestly failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to employment and support allowance, namely that he lived outside of the UK in excess of permitted limits, on dates between December 10 2014 and September 13 2016.

SHAFTESBURY

JACOB SIMON DENARLY POLLITT, aged 34 and of East Green, Shaftesbury, admits conviction of an offence while a community order for battery is in force.

Community order revoked. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months.

Also admits assaulting a person by beating her on December 11.

Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive suspended for 12 months. To pay £115 surcharge.

Also admits damaging a door and plasterboard wall to the value of £191.94 on July 18. No separate penalty.

POOLE

JASMINE BUDDEN TURNER, aged 21 and of Salterns Road, Poole, admits driving a car in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on November 28 with 81 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £200, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

SHANE HARRISON, aged 43 and of Hamilton Road, Hamworthy, made the subject of an application for the condemnation of 6,600 cigarettes and four kilograms of hand-rolling tobacco after a hearing. The cigarettes and tobacco are condemned as forfeited and will be disposed of. Harrison to pay £500 costs to the Director of Border Revenue.

SWANAGE

HENRY LEON WHEATLEY, aged 45 and of High Street, Langton Matravers, admits breaching a court order in Swanage on December 18. Fined £50.

GAVIN GEORGE COLLETT, aged 35 and of Princess Road, Poole, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend as directed for appointments on two occasions.

Suspended sentence for driving while disqualified, failing to stop, harassment and fail bail varied.
