Major disruption in Branksome due to gas works
There are long delays through Branksome this morning due to roadworks on Bourne Valley Road.
Gas works are taking place to repair a leak. Temporary traffic lights are in place, but causing delays and congestion throughout the area.
Travel update account, Travel Dorset has referred to the disruption as major and urged people to avoid the area.
#TravelAlert - Due to emergency gas works on Bourne Valley Road and the temporary placement of 4 way traffic control, we are currently seeing delays of up to 40 minutes on our 16 & 17 services. We apologise for any disruption to your journey. ^AV
