I WAS having a leisurely cycle ride along the prom, looking out for children and dogs enjoying themselves, as they were too busy to notice cyclists, which is normal.

I know pedestrians have the right of way and a speed limit is in force for cycles. But do they have the right to block the prom by walking side by side, and have no intentions of moving over to let cyclists pass, even when you ring your bell.

Then when you try to pass them you get abuse.
