A WIMBORNE man has been remanded into custody after two taxi drivers were allegedly robbed at knifepoint last week.
Kyrin Lane, of Fairfield Road, appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court on December 12 following two incidents in Boscombe in the early hours of Sunday, December 9.
The 28-year-old is charged with two robberies, as well as two counts of threatening a person with a knife in a public place and one of aggravated vehicle taking.
He has not yet entered pleas to the charges against him and was remanded into custody ahead of a plea and trial preparation hearing at Bournemouth Crown Court in January.
Complainants Hadi Koohghamri and Bouchaib Grida were not injured during the alleged robberies, both of which reportedly happened near St Clement's Church in Boscombe.
