A BOURNEMOUTH home has been closed by the courts until next week.
27 Northcote Road, a three-bed semi detached house near the train station, was issued with a closure notice on November 26.
Two days later, on November 28, Bournemouth council made an application to magistrates at Poole to extend the closure until 5pm on December 10 ahead of a contested hearing.
The application was granted.
Rachel Amanda Jenvey, 38, who lives at the house, disputes the closure.
