INVESTIGATIONS continue into a disturbance at Trickett's Cross at the weekend, which left four teenagers with injuries.

Dorset Police, who were called to reports of an assault at Barns Road early on Saturday morning, have now made two arrests.

Two men, aged 19 and 36, both from Ferndown, have been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary.

Earlier today, a police spokesman told the Daily Echo the pair had been released under investigation pending further enquiries.

The semi-detached house remained cordoned off for much of Saturday, while forensics teams carried out a detailed investigation of the scene.

Neighbours told the Echo they had heard "one hell of a racket" from the property.

A downstairs window at the front of the house had also been broken.

The incident reportedly involved a group of teenagers, alongside three men and a woman.

The four injured teens did not sustain life-threatening injuries.
