STUART DAVID ARCHER, aged 52 and of Portchester Road, Bournemouth, admits having 1.2 grams of cocaine in his possession in Wellington Road, Bournemouth on November 11. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits failing to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to report as directed for the programme requirement on two occasions. No action taken on breach. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for driving while disqualified x 2, assault and fail bail. Suspended sentence varied - committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 20 days.

GAVIN LAIDLAW, aged 42 and of Leamington Spa, admits assaulting a person by beating her in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on November 9. To pay £75 compensation. Also admits being drunk and disorderly. No separate penalty.

Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on August 30. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on October 17. Committed to prison for three weeks consecutive. Overall length of sentence 19 weeks.

RODNEY JEAN PIERRE SAINT, aged 43 and of Palmerston Road, Boscombe, admits driving a Peugeot in Stour Road, Christchurch on November 12 with 54 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. Disqualified from driving for 15 months.

SUSANNAH JANE GREVETT, aged 48 and of West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a PC in the execution of his duty at Bournemouth police station on September 24. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay a £20 surcharge. Also admits assaulting a PC in the execution of his duty. No compensation ordered for either victim as the defendant has been sectioned. Also admits damaging an earpiece belonging to Dorset Police.
