A MAN arrested after a gas explosion destroyed flats in Poole remains in hospital.
The 66-year-old was seriously injured in the blast, which happened in Sterte Road on October 22.
The man, who was airlifted to a hospital in Bristol for treatment, has been arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage with intent to endanger life. Police have since released him under investigation.
A woman aged in her 60s was treated at the scene for minor injuries after being rescued from a ground floor flat.
