CARL STEWART KUHNERT, aged 32 and of Roslin Road, Poole, admits producing a quantity of cannabis in Roslin Road on October 18 2017. Community order made. SHEILA MCGIBBON, aged 52 and of Grand Avenue, Bournemouth, admits breaching a criminal behaviour order in Somerford Road, Christchurch on November 8 by being in possession of an open or unsealed container of alcohol and being in a state of drunkenness in a public place. Fined £20, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

AARON HOEY, aged 39 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to report as directed on three occasions. Committed to prison for seven days.

LEONIDS PUMPA, aged 52 and of Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, admits using a vehicle without appropriate insurance in Castle Lane West on August 31. No separate penalty. Also admits driving a Ford Focus with 157 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months.

SCOTT JOHN LEE, aged 47 and of Old Farm Road, Poole, admits assaulting a person by beating him in Poole on August 9. Community order made. JONATHAN SIMON LYNSEY, aged 47 and of Blandford Close, Poole, admits stealing a bottle of wine from McColls in Blandford Road, Poole on September 20. Community order made.
