THE coroner for Dorset has asked for the public’s help to find the next of kin of a man who died in Christchurch.

John Pitter, who was 71-years-old and lived in King’s Avenue, died on Wednesday, November 7.

His death is not being treated as suspicious and no police investigation is needed into his death.

Coroner’s Officer Tracey Jeans said: “We are not treating the death as suspicious, however we have not been able to locate his next of kin.

“If any member of public has any knowledge of his family members please contact us as soon as possible on 01202 454767.”
