SUPERMARKET Aldi aims to redistribute all its surplus fresh food from its Bournemouth stores to local charities on Christmas Eve.
The store is calling on charities and food banks across the area to register so that they can receive a free donation. Products such as fruit, vegetables, fresh meat, fish and bread will be available for collection after the store closes at 6pm.
Charities should contact Aldi’s Corporate Responsibility team at Christmas@aldi.co.uk before Sunday, November 18.
