CHRISTCHURCH Quay flooded on Wednesday as wind and rain hit the Dorset area.
The Met Office issued a warning for heavy rain for parts of Dorset today.
The yellow warning – meaning be aware – is valid from just after midnight until 12noon today.
Flood alerts are in place at Christchurch, Poole and Lymington this morning.
Temporary flood barriers will also installed along Swanage seafront after concerns about the poor weather.
A stretch of the High Street and the Square has been shut to traffic for several days while the barriers are in place.
A spokesperson from Dorset County Council said: “The barriers will remain in place until the flood risk has receded.”
