A DRINK driver caught behind the wheel on the Upton Bypass while more than three times the limit has been banned from the roads.
Robert Bagg, 37, was driving a Citroen C3 when he was stopped by police on October 7. He had 107 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
The limit is 35mg.
Bagg, of Southdown Road in Weymouth, appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court on October 30 to admit drink driving.
He was made the subject of a community order, under which he must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
He was also banned from driving for 26 months and ordered to pay a surcharge and court costs.
