Years behind the lens: I have always had an interest in photography but took up landscapes around 3 years ago.
Current Camera: Nikon D7100
Dream camera: Nikon 850
Piece of equipment you couldn’t be without: Wow tricky! I have a fair bit, but I’d say my sigma art lens 18-35mm on my camera around 90% of the time.
Favourite Dorset location: Mupe Bay I love the jagged ledges and choppy waters, lots of compositions to be had there.
Dream location: Love to explore and photograph the Swiss Alps
Worst photographic mishap: When I broke my elbow rushing for sunrise
Best photographic success: Having an exhibition at the Ivy Coffee House Weymouth. Which is still taking place
Top tip: Small aperture around F16 for those sun burst
What you’ve gained/learnt from or liked about Echo Camera Club Dorset: I have made some amazing friends who share the same passion for photography as me. I love looking at everyone’s work
