A ROAD in Bournemouth town centre will be partially closed for nearly a fortnight while utility works are carried out.
Bournemouth Water will be setting up a new water connection along a section of Holdenhurst Road.
The work means the road will be partially shut near the junction of Methuen Close from Monday, October 29, until Friday, November 9.
Bournemouth council is warning motorists that delays are likely as a result of the works.
There will be two-way traffic lights in place during the works.
Parking will also be suspended along the stretch of road undergoing the works.
From Tuesday, October 23, until Wednesday, October 31, SGN will also be carrying out works along Holdenhurst Road, between the junctions of Egerton Gardens and Richmond Park Close.
No closure will be in place, but delays are still possible during the works.
