SHEILA ANN-MARIE BAKER, aged 43 and of Turbary Park Avenue, Bournemouth, convicted of using a Vauxhall in Bournemouth on May 11 without appropriate insurance. Fined £50. Disqualified from driving for 28 days. No order for costs as no means. Also convicted of using a Vauxhall in Yarrow Road, Poole on March 18 without appropriate insurance. WARREN DOUGLAS SHOULDER, aged 40 and of St Mary’s Road, Southampton, admits stealing a gold chain worth £650 from Jemini Jewellers in Boscombe on October 30 2017. To pay £650 compensation.

ROBERT HAYNES, aged 51 and of Wakely Road, Bournemouth, admits dishonestly failing to promptly notify Bournemouth council of a change in circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to housing benefit, namely capital, savings and investments in excess of permitted limits, on dates between March 2013 and October 2014. Community order made. The defendant must comply with an electronically-monitored curfew for 10 weeks. To pay an £85 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.
