AN inquest into the death of Phillip Nicholson will be heard by a jury next year.

Phillip Nicholson, aged 22, who had learning difficulties, was stabbed to death in Bournemouth by Richard Moors and Isabella Gossling in April 2015.

Moors admitted murdering Mr Nicholson, while Gossling was convicted of the killing at Winchester Crown Court in December 2015.

Yesterday, at Dorset Coroner's Court, Bournemouth, a hearing took place in preparation of a full inquest set for next year.

Dorset Assistant Coroner Brendan Allen adjourned the hearing until February 2019.

The mother and father of the deceased attended the hearing.

The jury inquest, scheduled to take two weeks, is scheduled for Dorset Coroner's Court, Bournemouth, on February 25.
