VINCENT ROY EDWARDS, aged 54 and of Redbreast Road, Bournemouth, convicted of driving a Ford Transit van in Castle Lane West on June 9 while using a mobile phone. No separate penalty. Also admits driving a Ford Transit van in Meyrick Road, Bournemouth on June 15 with 191 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood.
