A HOMELESS man has been banned from every McDonald's in Dorset.
Robert Short appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court on October 9 to admit using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause another harassment, alarm or distress.
The offence took place in the McDonald's in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on September 7.
Short, 37, was sentenced to a community order with a 12-month exclusion requirement which bars him from each of the food chain's Dorset eateries for a year.
He was also fined £25 and ordered to pay £60 compensation to his victim.
