GARY DAVID WILLIAM JAMES, aged 34 and of Crusader Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a DAF tanker on the A31 in Morden on May 8 and failing to ensure that he had the appropriate transportation documents relating to the nature and quantity of the load. Fined £480, to pay a £48 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits driving a vehicle when the quantities being carried, namely 8,000 litres of diesel fuel, exceeded the total threshold for their transport category, and the vehicle failed to display orange placards. No separate penalty.

CRAIG ALEX WILLIAMS, aged 36 and of Southampton Road, Salisbury, admits driving a BMW in Gladstone Road East, Bournemouth on September 6 with 82 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.
