The defendant must not enter any public house, bar or nightclub in England or Wales for 12 months. The defendant must also carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Also convicted in absence of stealing a can of long-life oil from BP on same day. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on June 26. Also admits stealing clothing from Surprise N Store in Swanage in December 18 2017. Also admits stealing DVDs worth £30 from Co-op in North Street, Wareham on April 6. Also admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Poole on March 30. No separate penalty. Also admits damaging a door worth £480 belonging to McDonald's in Southampton on October 30 2017. To pay £480 compensation.

MOHAN THEO DAVIS, aged 19 and of Lyndhurst Road, Salisbury, admits driving a Volkswagen Polo in Well Lane, Poole on February 22 with more than seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £600, to pay a £60 surcharge, to pay £500 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAMES PAUL ROYLE, aged 25 and of HMP Bullingdon, Bicester, Oxfordshire, admits assaulting a person by beating her in Surrey Road, Poole on August 23. Committed to prison for four weeks. Reason: vulnerable people present and sustained attack. Also admits damaging a bedroom door worth £300 belonging to the Bournemouth Churches Housing Association. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. Also admits being drunk and disorderly. No separate penalty. Total length of sentence - four weeks, to run concurrent to existing sentence.

ROY TAYLOR, aged 37 and of Hunters Crescent, Romsey, Hants, convicted of driving a BMW in Broadstone Way, Poole on February 14 with 4.2 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Community order made. The defendant must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. To pay an £85 surcharge, to pay £500 costs. Also convicted of driving with not less than 21 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Also convicted of driving with more than 200 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Also admits having a quantity of cannabis in his possession. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

SAIDU SESAY, aged 25 and of Beaconsfield Road, South East London, admits driving a Vauxhall Vectra in Longfleet Road, Poole on March 16 with 38 micrograms of MDMA per litre of blood. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £100 costs. Disqualified from driving for 15 months. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for being concerned in the supply of a class A drug x 2. No action taken on breach.

WAREHAM

SHAUN BRIAN HADEN, aged 28 and of Breach Field, Wool, admits driving an Audi in West Street, Wareham on January 21 with 83 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made. The defendant must not enter any public house, bar or nightclub in England or Wales for 12 months. The defendant must also comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 15 days and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. To pay an £85 surcharge, to pay £620 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.
