ACTORS Martin Clunes and Debra Stephenson, former Blue Peter presenter Valerie Singleton and DJ Johnnie Walker are among the special guests lined-up for a Christmas charity event.
Tickets are now on sale for the Carols by Candlelight concerts, which take place in December aid of Julia's House children's hospice.
The charity's patrons, Martin Clunes and Debra Stephenson, will lead the line-up at St James Church in Poole on December 3, while Valerie Singleton and Johnnie Walker will be headlining at St James’ Church, Shaftesbury on December 5.
Celebrity readers will be joined by families and care staff reading poetry and prose and there will be musical performances by adult and children’s choirs, plus traditional carols. Guests are invited to stay and share mulled wine and mince pies at the end of the concert.
