BRADLEY SIMON JAMES, aged 25 and of Uplands Close, West Moors, admits intentionally sexually touching a woman aged 16 or over when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe she was consenting in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on February 11. Community order made. The defendant must comply with an electronically-monitored curfew for four months. Restraining order made until September 2023. To pay £1,000 compensation, to pay an £85 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits being drunk and disorderly. No separate penalty.
