EMERGENCY services were called to Mudeford on Wednesday night following reports a person was unconscious and not breathing.
South Western Ambulance Service rushed to Avon Beach with two rapid response cars, an ambulance, a doctor and defibrillator following the call at 9pm.
An air ambulance also attended.
A spokesperson said: "The patient was treated at the scene by our clinicians. Then they were transported by road ambulance to the Royal Bournemouth Hospital for further treatment."
