A POPULAR Poole plant nursery has temporarily moved to the Dolphin Shopping Centre.
Chestnut Nursery’s pop-up shop is open at Kingland Crescent between 9am and 3.30pm and sells a variety of pre-potted planters, houseplants, outdoor plants, succulents, a range of preserves and local honey.
It has moved to the shopping centre while its new shop is built at Poole Park.
Chestnut Nursery is a mental health charity and retail plant nursery, selling a variety of plants, shrubs, ornamental grasses and seasonal crops.
The nursery uses horticulture to restore well-being for adults with severe and enduring mental illnesses.
Angela Mansbridge, project manager at Chestnut Nursery, said: “We look forward to welcoming customers, returning and new to the pop-up shop and hope to raise further awareness of the important work we do.”
