SIX cats and dogs currently based at Margaret Green Animal Rescue are looking for their forever homes.

Mango is a one-year-old female Lurcher who loves to be in the company of people. She is looking for a family who would be around for most of the day. Mango can live with a medium or large-sized dog and older children but not cats or small furries.

Another female Lurcher looking for a home is Lily. The six-year-old has a “real zest for life” and enjoys lots of cuddles and attention. She would need to be the only dog in the home but could live with teenage children or older but not cats.

Five-year-old Greyhound, Moose, loves running but is quite laidback and relaxed. He also loves going out on new adventures and exploring new surroundings. Moose is looking for an adult only family with no other pets.

Fraggle is 10-year-old female cat looking for a quiet home. She can be a bit nervous with new people and would like to be the only pet in her forever home.

Alfie is a four-year-old domestic long-haired cat. He is fairly outgoing, friendly and enjoys hunting so might bring his new owner a few presents. Alfie needs an adult home with no other pets.

Finally, there’s Roxy. An 11-year-old cat who has been at the centre for more than 145 days. She is very friendly and affectionate and loves to be around people. Roxy should be fine to live with older children and possibly a friendly dog but not with other cats.
