THE owner of waste disposal firm whose employees were caught on camera dumping waste in private bins has apologised for the incident.
John Watson of Watson Contract Cleaning Services, whose firm carries out a range of services on behalf of Bournemouth and Poole councils, said he was taking immediate action to investigate the "inappropriate behaviour".
Mr Watson said: "I have viewed all the CCTV camera footage and instructed that my management team undertake an immediate investigation relating to the allegations that have been recorded.
"Once the disciplinary process is concluded on September 5, company representatives will be suggesting that a meeting urgently takes place with Mr Carpenter to discuss his concerns and agree a compensatory arrangement to offset the cost of the waste that has been deposited into the bins by employees of my company.
"May I add that this incident will not be repeated and I personally apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused."
