WARMER temperatures and long spells of sunshine are on the cards for Bournemouth Air Festival.
Warmer air is expected to move in on Saturday with high pressure expected to take charge.
The first day of the festival on Thursday will be dry with highs of around 18C, while Friday will see sunny intervals and temperatures around 19C.
Twitter-based forecaster DorsetSun said by the weekend we will see prolonged periods of sunshine and it will stay mostly dry with a small risk of showers.
Temperatures will range from 21C to 23C with some mild evenings.
DorsetSun said: “Into the middle of next week, we could see some very warm air in the south bringing highs into the mid/late 20s.
“Summer looks like it’ll end on a good note with high pressure dominating throughout the beginning of September.”
