Man taken to hospital after crash in Poole
A MAN was taken to hospital after a crash closed a busy road in Poole last night.
The collision involving a motorcycle and a car took place at the Mannings Heath roundabout shortly before 6pm on Wednesday.
Road closures were put in place while emergency services dealt with the incident.
The vehicles involved in the incident were a grey Mazda MX-5 and a silver and blue Peugeot motorcycle.
There were reports of queues and traffic delays in the area.
A Dorset Police spokesman said one man was taken to Poole General Hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
