WE'VE had weeks of clear skies and long, cloudless evenings.
But as the longest lunar eclipse of the 21st century took place last night, our more traditional weather spoiled the view across the UK.
Despite the cloud cover, Mark Gaston managed to get this shot of the rare 'blood moon'.
Did you manage to get any photographs of the eclipse? If so, let us know by emailing newsdesk@bournemouthecho.co.uk
Despite best efforts cloud cover stopped any sightings of the #bloodmoon 🌓 at Badbury Rings last night. There was a beautiful and atmospheric #sunset though! pic.twitter.com/l6H5EGW8g5
