A NINE-year-old girl from Blandford who went missing earlier today has been found safe and well, police have said.
Poppy Lawes was last seen at her home address in Cobham Road at around 11am.
Officers carried out a search of the local area and conducted house-to-house enquiries.
The dog and drone units also assisted with the search.
Police said they were becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare and issued an appeal to help find her.
At around 3.05pm, Dorset Police said Poppy had been found safe and well in the Blandford area.
A spokesperson said: "We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal.
