SIX dogs and cats currently based at Margaret Green are hoping to find their forever homes.

Flossie the two-year-old cat arrived at the animal rescue centre as a stray and is described as “very friendly and affectionate.” She should be fine to live with relatively quiet children but would prefer to be the only cat.

Monkey is a five-year-old cat who doesn’t like other felines, even if he can only see them. He would like an adult only home with no other pets.

Seven-year-old cat, Parker, is an “affectionate boy” but it has to be on his terms. He loves to be around people and would need to be the only pet in an adult home. Parker is a good hunter and will bring you presents.

Miguel is a 21-month-old Staffordshire bull terrier that loves people and running around with four legged friends. He could live with a female dog, possibly a cat and teenage children.

Gromit is a rather handsome eight-month-old Bedlington Terrier cross Whippet who is full of mischievous puppy fun. He is a happy, sociable boy and enjoys playing with other dogs and toys, too. Gromit can live with older children, other dogs and possibly cats.

Finally, there’s Wesley, a six-year -old male Lurcher with a sweet and loving personality. He enjoys running around with other dogs, so would probably be happy to live with the right one. Wesley can live with older children but would prefer a home without cats.
