DORSET based animal rescue charity Margaret Green is hoping to find seven animals in its care their forever homes.

Georgie is a seven-year-old male American Bulldog cross. He enjoys lots of cuddles and is a big fan of the outdoors. Georgie would like a quieter home without other dogs but could possibly live with cats and teenage children.

Elmo is a three-year-old ex-racing greyhound. He is a handsome boy, who loves to play and is quite laid back but enjoys cuddles. Elmo could live with another sighthound and teenage children, however, he would prefer not to live with cats.

Seven-year-old cat, Parker, is an affectionate boy but the affection has to be on his terms. He would need to be the only pet in an adult home. Parker is a good hunter and likes to bring humans back presents.

Mitsy is a 14-year-old cat looking for a forever home with her friend Maggie as their owner passed away. Mitsy and Maggie could live with a friendly dog, older children but no other cats.

Roo is an 11-month-old male Whippet cross who is described as a "really friendly sweet boy with a lovely playful, mischievous nature". He is very sociable with people and loves meeting new dogs on his walks.

Finally there’s Sooty, a three-year-old cat who is looking for a forever home along with his sister, Jess. Sooty is described as the “nervous one” but is very friendly once he gets to know you. They should be fine to live with older children but no other pets.
