HUNDREDS of students battled it out in the Rock Challenge contest at Bournemouth's Pavilion Theatre last night.
Teams from eight schools took to the stage for the popular annual event, which aims to inspire, engage and motivate young people to make healthy and positive lifestyle choices.
Teams from LeAF Studio School, Corfe Hills, St Peter's, Queen Elizabeth's, Thomas Hardye, Gryphon, Sir John Colfox and Taunton School took part.
Sadly, Twynham School pulled out of the event following the death of a student.
Students spent all day rehearsing before performing in front of thousands of people in the evening.
They had up to eight minutes to perform their chosen theme.
See Saturday's Daily Echo for a full story about the event and the winners.
