TANIA ALICE EVES, aged 40, of St Swithuns Road South, Bournemouth, admitted handling stolen goods on July 28,last year, namely a stolen debit card belonging to Cho Mei-Mak. Also admitted committing fraud by using the card to pay for £28 of goods on July 28, last year. Discharged conditionally for 18 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £30 costs.

JOSEPH SEARLE, aged 27, of King Richard Drive, Bournemouth, admitted that on September 26, last year, drove a Ford Transit on the A338, otherwise in accordance with a licence authorising him to drive a vehicle in that class. Fined £100, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs. Also admitted, that on September 26 obstructed police Constable Kinnane by providing false details. Fined £150.

JOHN CHALLIS, aged 47, of Nortoft Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on December 22, last year, he stole lead of a value unknown belonging the Humphries Kirk Solicitors. Also admitted that on December 22, last year, attempted to steal lead of a value unknown belonging to Wentworth Avenue Motor Company Ltd. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, ordered to pay £480 compensation.

TERRENCE MIGHTEN, aged 55, of no fixed abode, admitted that on December 22, last year, at Moore Avenue, Bournemouth, had a quantity of diamorphine, a controlled class A drug. Fined £120, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30 and £30 costs.

RICHARD SPITERI, aged 34, of no fixed abode, admitted that on January 3 at Ringwood Retail Park, committed fraud by giving a falsified story to get money. Also admitted that on August 25, 2017, at Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, committed fraud by dishonestly making false representation, namely by asking for money intending to cause loss to Lisa Bailey. Conditionally discharged for two years and ordered to pay £10 compensation.

LISA WIJSVELD, aged 39, of Southcote Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on June 13, last year, assaulted a man by beating him. Ordered to pay £150 compensation, a victim surcharge of £30 and £87 costs
